Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
1101 Digital Staffing (the "Service", available at global.jwhr.net, including the website, employee portal, public service windows and our mobile apps) is operated by Infinite Domain Co., Ltd. (無限領域有限公司), a company incorporated in Taiwan (R.O.C.) ("we", "us").
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
2. Controller and processor
- We are the controller of account, billing, usage and device data that we collect to run the Service.
- We are a processor for data that a business customer uploads or enters into its workspace — for example its employees' attendance, leave and payroll records, its internal documents, and conversations that visitors have with its public service window. The business is the controller of that data and we process it only on its instructions. If you are an employee of, or a visitor to, one of our business customers, please contact that business first; we will help it respond.

4. How we use data and our legal bases

We do not sell personal data, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use customer content for advertising.
6. International transfers
We are based in Taiwan and our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it (for example for transfers from the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as the account is active and as needed for the purposes above. When a business closes its account, we delete or de-identify its data, except records we must keep by law (such as accounting records), which we keep for the legally required period. Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy (including in a portable format)
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- delete your data
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights (e.g. under the California CCPA/CPRA)
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. in the EU/UK, Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission, or Korea's Personal Information Protection Commission)
To make a request, email chjerry0819@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law (for example, one month under the GDPR). Requests about data controlled by a business customer will be forwarded to, or handled together with, that business.
10. Mobile apps
- Notifications: used to show reminders such as new tasks, leave decisions and payslips. You can turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
- Files and photos: read only when you choose a file to upload.
- The apps do not access your contacts, SMS or location, and contain no ads.
- When you sign out in the app, the server deletes that device's sign-in token and push token.
11. Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS); passwords stored only as salted hashes
- Each business's workspace is isolated; only that business and the employees it authorizes can access it
- Rate-limited sign-in, single-use time-limited password reset links
- Restricted server access and regular backups
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.
12. Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. A business that creates an account for a minor employee is responsible for obtaining any required parental consent.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If the changes are material, we will notify business account holders by email or an in-app notice.
